Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and resources.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Implement and maintain manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, workplace discipline, and company policies.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Control production costs and minimize wastage, rework, and downtime.
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production team members.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements.
