Production Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Define material group-wise QC parameters for all product categories.

• Ensure 100% inspection of all incoming materials and customer-returned products as per QC checklist.

• Maintain material group-wise inspection history sheets and test logs.

• Coordinate with vendors for rejection handling, feedback sharing, and corrective action.

• Conduct vendor site inspections to evaluate the technical capabilities of new suppliers.

• Provide technical support to the sales team regarding product specifications, usage, and functionality.

• Create SOPs and operation manuals for toner and ink filling, calibration, and machine settings.

• Train operators on best practices and optimal use of production machinery.

• Analyze production process flow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements for resource optimization.

• Address customer complaints and queries related to product usage or defects and propose solutions.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and take initiative to resolve technical issues independently.

• Be part of the vendor negotiation team, offering technical insights on product quality and feasibility
