Production Manager

●        Solving technical/drawing/process problems with workers.

●        Resolving & handling workers issues.

●        Resolving machine maintenance.

●        Job card planning in PMS as per Sales order received on a daily basis  and taking a pendency list from PMS and giving it to operators on machines (Morning & Evening Shift)

●        Morning meeting with Production and Sales on a daily basis, Identify  the Urgencies of the day and get the material ready & dispatched against those orders

●        Creating a Daily MIS Report based on last day’s production data from machines and sending the reports to management.

●        Identifying Bottlenecks on a daily basis and following up strongly with supervisors and operators  for removing bottlenecks & pushing material to the next stage and taking action Plan from supervisors for bottleneck machines and follow up them for execution.


➢        Male - having 5-8 years of experience as Supervisor-Tool Room, Die/Mold parts manufacturing, small batch machining parts.

➢        Age - 25 - 30 years.

➢        Salary Package 30 - 40k pm.

➢        Diploma in mechanical / ITI.

➢        Basic computer & Google drive knowledge.

➢        Strong followup and effective communication.

➢        Teamwork and attention to detail.

➢        Problem solving and analysis skills.

➢        Time management and discipline.

➢        Ability to read drawings.

➢        Working hours - 10 - 12 hours.
