Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics operations (procurement to delivery)
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouses
Transportation & Distribution
- Monitor shipments, ensure timely delivery
- Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
- Handle freight negotiations and vendor management
Inventory Control
- Maintain optimal stock levels
- Track inventory using ERP systems
- Prevent overstocking or stockouts
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise warehousing activities (receiving, storage, dispatch)
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation (invoices, shipping papers, customs clearance if needed)
- Follow legal and safety regulations
Cost Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes
- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
