Job Description

We are looking for Production Planning Engineer to join our team at Bradwood Products Pvt. Ltd. The role involves planning, scheduling and reporting the production.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordination: Collaborate with procurement to secure raw materials and liaise with manufacturing teams for efficient workflow.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
Process Improvement: Analyze production data (KPIs) to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Troubleshooting: Address production delays, resolve shortages, and adjust plans to meet unforeseen circumstances.
Worker management: Manage workers
Machine upkeeping: Maintain machines
Quality management: Inspect and check quality of product
Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management regarding work-in-progress and production performance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2-6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role. The candidate must also have experience in using Microsoft Excel.
