Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing one complete team in the rigid box production line

• Performing quality checks during the production process to ensure material meets company standards

• Maintaining accurate records of daily production and quality data

• Coordinating with team members and reporting issues or delays to the production head

• Ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of daily targets

• Maintaining discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI

• 1–2 years of experience in rigid box production or packaging line supervision preferred

• Knowledge of basic production processes and quality checkpoints in rigid box making

• Ability to lead a team, solve basic floor issues, and communicate effectively

• Proficiency in maintaining data and reporting in registers or Excel is an advantage

• Punctual, responsible, and performance-oriented mindset

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
