Key Responsibilities
· Support in preparing and executing daily/weekly production plans.
· Ensure production targets are met as per quality and efficiency standards.
· Oversee shop floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
· Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and maintain process parameters.
· Coordinate with Quality Control team to ensure product standards.
· Follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
· Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards.
· Supervise operators, helpers, and contract workers.
· Train staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols.
· Ensure minimal wastage and efficient material utilization.
· Maintain shift-wise production logs, batch sheets, and records.
· Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to Operations/Production Manager.
· Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE on shop floor.
· Report equipment breakdowns and follow-up with maintenance team.
