Production Engineer

We are looking for a PRODUCTION ENGINEER to join our team at Dipty Lal Judge Mal Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines and optimize process parameters.

• Perform mould setting, mould trials, and new mould development activities.

• Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues during production.

• Identify and resolve moulding defects such as short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and black spots.

• Optimize cycle time, productivity, machine efficiency, and overall process performance.

• Reduce rejection, scrap, material wastage, and production downtime.

• Set and optimize temperature, pressure, injection speed, cooling time, and other process parameters.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance and Tool Room teams for machine and mould maintenance.

• Ensure product quality as per required specifications and standards.

• Maintain production, process, rejection, and quality-related reports.

• Guide and train operators and technicians on proper moulding processes.

• Implement 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and safety practices.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room departments to achieve production targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
