Process Engineer Expertise in Gas Turbine accessories and Mechanical Plant BOP Strong interest in process/system engineering for Gas Turbines Proficiency in engineering calculations, design checks, and functional specifications Hands-on experience with system upgrades, retrofits, and component sizing PLM, Navisworks, AUTOPIPE, PIPESTRESS, Caesar, FLOINHANCE, STAAD, HYSYS Qualification BE / M.Tech in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Energy Systems Engineering Experience 5–12 years in Power Plant Engineering, preferably in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) or Thermal Power Plants Industrial Background Combined Cycle Power Plant Thermal Power Plant Gas Turbine Systems and Plant Balance of Plant (BOP) Design and develop Gas Turbine accessory systems and Balance of Plant systems Prepare schematics, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), component specifications, and detailed drawings Perform engineering calculations for compressible and incompressible fluid systems for sizing and selection of system components Execute system upgrades and retrofits for Gas Turbine accessory systems Collaborate with lead engineers and technical teams to develop innovative designs for fluid and mechanical systems (air/fuel/water/oil delivery, inlet/exhaust systems, piping, ventilation, hazard gas systems, fire protection) Review and approve supplier designs and analyses, ensuring cost-effective solutions Work on projects across ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) stages under guidance of senior engineers
