Principal Design Engineer - Enterprise Linux & Cloud Infrastructure

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments. Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability. Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents. Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues. Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues. Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices. Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities. Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Abitlity to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use. Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments. Qualifications BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics Behavioural skills required Must possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to establish a close working relationship with both customer peers and management Explore what’s possible to get the job done, including creative use of unconventional solutions Work effectively across functions and geographies Push to raise the bar while always operating with integrity We’re doing work that matters.
