Job Description

REQUIREMENT :-Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing plant in Bikaner. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, maintenance, inventory management, dispatch coordination, cost optimization, safety compliance, and ensuring timely production as per business requirements. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in the Construction Chemical, Tile Adhesive, Paint, Cement, Putty, or Chemical Manufacturing industry, with strong leadership, production planning, problem-solving, and team management skills. Candidates should have good knowledge of plant operations, process improvement, quality systems, and statutory compliance.
