Sadhna is a fast-growing, bootstrapped D2C brand in sacred fragrances — bambooless incense, attars, dhoop, havan essentials — selling on our own website, Amazon, and quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). We ship ~2,000 orders a day today and are building for 5–6,000.
We're looking for an operator who wants to own the entire warehouse P&L of execution — not manage a slice of it.
What you'll own:
A 60+ person production and fulfilment floor with 7 line managers reporting into you — production (dipping, RTD, counting, packing), dispatch, labels, marketplace shipments, and RTO/returns
Dispatch SLA: every order out within 24–48 hours, across 7 courier partners plus Amazon Seller Flex and Flipkart
Raw material planning and vendor coordination — lead times, reorder points, zero stock-outs on a hand-to-mouth floor that needs to build buffers
Marketplace and quick-commerce replenishment (FBA, FBF, dark stores)
Daily targets, attendance discipline, absenteeism, and manager accountability — we've built an in-house ops dashboard that tracks all of this; you'll run the floor through it, not through verbal instructions
Hiring, ramping, and retaining floor talent as we scale
Who we're looking for:
6–10 years in D2C/e-commerce fulfilment or FMCG plant/warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years managing managers (not just workers)
Someone who has run a floor of 50+ people and hit daily dispatch SLAs under real volume pressure
Data-first: comfortable running operations off dashboards, targets, and reconciliation numbers — not gut feel
Bias for ownership: when a courier misses a pickup or production starves packing, you fix the system, not just the day
Hindi + English; based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR (role is on-ground at our Sahibabad facility, 6 days a week)
Why this role is different:
You report directly to the founders. No layers.
The mandate is explicit: the founders want to be fully out of daily operations within 6 months. This role exists to make that true.
You inherit a working system — defined output targets, a live ops dashboard, structured escalations — and the authority to run it.
