We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to join our team at Indeutsch Industries PVT LTD. The role involves supervising packing operations, ensuring product quality, managing packaging staff, and maintaining efficiency on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily packing operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Ensure products are packed, labeled, and dispatched according to company standards.
Maintain quality control and inspect finished goods before shipment.
Manage packing materials and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and guide packing staff to achieve performance targets.
Prepare reports related to packing activities and productivity.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in packing, manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of packaging processes and quality standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
