Job Summary Support operational excellence initiatives by assisting in executing shopfloor data monitoring & analysis, perform time studies, analyzing processes to identify improvement opportunities, and contributing to projects focused on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost. This role provides hands-on exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies and business transformation projects Job Responsibilities Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities across functions. Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for ongoing projects. Participate in Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, process mapping). Track and report progress of improvement projects. Help in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and suggest improvements. Support digital and transformation initiatives as assigned. Contribute to waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts. Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops on Lean concepts (as required). Perform any other tasks assigned related to operational excellence initiatives Job Requirements Education Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MTech / MPharm / Idustrial Engineering Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Power Bi (Not mandatory) Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work in a structured and organized manner Experience No prior experience required (internship or academic project experience is a plus) At Apotex, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and accessible work environment, where all everyone feels valued, respected, and supported to succeed.
