With this strategic expansion, Epoch International now operates three key facilities, including its design and prototyping center in California and its high-volume manufacturing hub in Dalian, China.

Epoch Tech India Pvt. Ltd. will serve as a hub for design, development, and manufacturing, strengthening Epoch International’s presence in the Indian market and enabling the company to provide localized support to its growing customer base.

Job Summary:

Materials receiving and delivering, materials storage, materials releasing, Finished goods packaging and shipping, and Physical counting.

Experience in Purchase and Supply Chain is desirable 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Parts receiving, delivering, and issuing;

• Physical counting.

• ERP system operation:

• Materials are stored in a specific location with a clear label

• Materials are put away and picked using FIFO methods

• Materials are stored according to the procedure for packaging

• Check the temperature-controlled room

• All other warehousing responsibilities

• Present monthly inventory statements to PUR manager and finance, including: Inventory turnover、Monthly physical statement.

• Implement relevant management rules and regulations on production safety, environment, and occupational health;

• Complete the other tasks assigned by the company or senior manager.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience and Education and Skills:

• A college degree above 

• Minimum of 2 years of material management experience;

• At least 1 year of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with electronic components or Equipment parts is a priority.

• Familiarity with stock management is a priority.

• Have a basic English background;

• Strong flexibility, ability to work in a team, and cooperate with other teams and departments.

• Good communication skills;

• Good supervisory skills and ability to complete tasks on time;

• Ability to complete work without supervision;

• Ability to use Excel to planning. ERP knowledge is preferred;

• With working in multi-culture environment experience preferred;

• Understand English and communicate fluently in Mandarin;

• Good computer skills.

• Understand the policies, terms and regulations of 14001 and 45001

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
