Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at our project sites. The role involves managing on‑ground execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day construction work, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and timelines.

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and suppliers for material, equipment, and manpower.

- Maintain accurate records of work progress, site logs, and photographic evidence.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and statutory compliance (e.g., NBC, Labour Laws).

- Assist in preparing variation orders, claims, and project documentation.

- Support the Project Manager in client interactions, progress updates, and issue resolution.

- Troubleshoot technical challenges and suggest practical solutions.

- Ensure site is maintained in a clean, organized, and hazard‑free condition.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering (or related field).

- 1+ years of hands‑on experience also an freshers in construction supervision (residential/commercial).

- Proficiency in construction drawings, BOQs, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

- Knowledge of local building codes, safety norms, and quality standards.

- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Project Manager

Works with: Site Team, Contractors, Client Representatives
