Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Position: Production Engineer (Machine Shop)

Location: Greater Noida

Education Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities -

•Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

•Good knowledge of laser machine (must know Nesting / AutoCAD)Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

•Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

•Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

•knowledge of Production tools (Kaizen , 5S , Poko yoko ETC ).

•Having skills for manpower handling .

•Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

•Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production.

•Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations

•Good knowledge of machines i.e( power press, shearing, bending, welding, laser machine, Welding).

•Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

•Schedule shift according to production needs.
