Job Summary:

We seek a proactive and technically adept Production Manager with 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through to delivery—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and customer-focused products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development: concept creation, design, prototyping, testing, and production.

• Develop and refine detailed mechanical designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (SolidWorks or equivalent).

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in procurement and production.

• Drive prototyping and iterative design improvements, integrating feedback from customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to align product features with market needs and company strategy.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B. tech) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 3–5 years’ experience in product design, product management, or a similar role in manufacturing.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling tools (SolidWorks preferred), and mechanical design principles.

• Proven skills in vendor management, including quality assurance, cost negotiation, and supply chain coordination.

• Strong ability to convert customer requirements into innovative, practical solutions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

• Knowledge of automation machinery, control systems, or related industrial technologies is an advantage.
