We are hiring a Plant Head to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations at our beverage production facility. The role is responsible for production, quality, maintenance, compliance, cost control, and people management, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant plant operations.
Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, utilities, QA, maintenance, and stores
Achieve production targets as per plan with optimal manpower and resources
Improve OEE, yield, productivity, and reduce wastage and downtime
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for smooth dispatches
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, CGMP, HACCP, and internal quality standards
Oversee audits (internal, customer, statutory) and ensure closure of observations
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and process discipline
Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
Manage utilities: electricals, compressors, boilers, RO, HVAC, ETP/STP
Track MTTR, MTBF, RCFA and equipment reliability
Manage AMCs and third-party service providers
Lead and develop production, engineering, QA, and EHS teams
Ensure proper training, discipline, and performance management
Drive safety culture, 5S, and shop-floor discipline
Control manufacturing costs, spares, utilities, and inventory
Prepare and review operational MIS for management
Support budgeting (OPEX / CAPEX) and cost-saving initiatives
Support new product launches and line modifications
Drive process improvements and basic automation initiatives
Production output & efficiency

Cost per unit & budget adherence
Safety and statutory compliance
Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Production preferred)
7–15 years of experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing
Experience in RTD beverages, juices, water, carbonated or functional drinks preferred
Hands-on exposure to plant operations, quality systems, and people management
Strong operational and leadership skills
Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes
Understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance
Cost-control and continuous improvement mindset
