Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our team at Gauges Bourdon. The role involves keep the factory safe. Those who have worked in manufacturing company should only apply.

1.      Inspection of safety at site and also of tools & tackles and other machineries.

2.      Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)

3.      Review existing policies and measures and update accordingly

• 4.      Providing EHS training to the new recruits and the other required personnel and EHS Safety induction to employee.

  5.      Taking mock drills on time to time basis as per schedule.

  6.      Conducting internal safety audit within to get better understanding of standards and discipline towards safety.

  7.      To Arrange for Signage & Posters

  8.      To Issue Purchase Order for Safety related work.

  9.      Accident incident register-maintenance.

  10.  First aid training to first aider team.

  11.  Inspection of first aid box on regular basis.

  12.  Monthly Checklist of fire Extinguisher.

  13.  Training of Fire hydrant & Firefighting.

  14.  MPCB legal compliance – Water pollution, Air pollution, DG smoke pollution, Electric etc.

  15.  Talk on Tool box
