Currently we are hiring for Service In charge for a Manufacturing Company.
As the Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Sales& Service team, supporting them
in the execution of the overall service strategy. Your valuable support to our Service Managers will
play a key role in helping to achieve its milestones and targets. Your active contribution will also be critical in Customer Relationship management as you will be the SPOC between the customers and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been
accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
2. Preparing quotes as per requisition from Sales & Service team.
3. Preparing proforma invoice and sales order confirmations for Service requests
4. Coordinating with customer for planning delivery schedules, payments receipts and any
after sales related support.
5. Coordinating with customers for payments.
6. Coordinating with customers for technicians and Service Partners visits basis the daily
service plan.
7. Preparation of monthly service MIS and other daily service reports.
8. SPOC between Service team and all other teams including Operations, Design, and Accounts.
9. Attend daily meetings with production, purchase, design etc to understand service plans.
10. SPOC between operations team and the customer understanding and clarifying any
questions either party has regarding service and installation.
11. SPOC between Accounts and Customer teams for ledger matching, verification, and timely
payment recovery.
12. You will coordinate between Service team and Admin team for Ticket and hotel bookings.
Key skills and qualifications needed for the role:
• Graduates with good understanding of MS Office, and Excel. B.Tech Preferred.
• Candidates with understanding of Tally Prime preferred
• Prior experience in Refrigeration preferred
• Candidates should maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Candidates must also have strong administrative skills and should be detail-oriented
• Candidates must also have strong oral and written communication skills and should be able
to liaise effectively with cross functional teams and all stakeholders
• Candidates should be results and goal-oriented and driven by a desire to satisfy customers
and provide a high level of customer service.
• Candidates must be willing to follow-up with all stakeholders in a timely manner and deliver
on commitments internal and external.
