Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing and production activities.
Allocate work and monitor the performance of production staff.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
Maintain product quality according to company standards.
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
Monitor machine utilization and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Train and guide production workers on work procedures and safety practices.
Resolve production-related issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained across the production area.
Monitor inventory required for production and coordinate with the Stores department.
