Man Head / Factory Head / Production Head

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Daily 1000 pcs cotton jeans production plan aur execution

• Cutting, stitching, washing, finishing & packing end-to-end control

• Manpower handling (tailors, helpers, supervisors)

• Production line balancing & target achievement

• Quality control (shrinkage, fitting, stitching defects)

• Fabric & accessories wastage control

• Daily production report aur efficiency monitoring

• Machine breakdown aur maintenance coordination

• Discipline, attendance & shop-floor management

• Owner / management ko daily update dena

🔹 Required Skills

• Jeans / denim manufacturing ka strong experience

• Cotton denim (12 oz / 14 oz) ki proper knowledge

• Marker planning, stitching sequence & washing process samajh

• Pressure me kaam karne ki ability

• Leadership & staff handling skill

• Production loss kam karna aana chahiye

🔹 Experience Required

• Minimum 8–12 years jeans / denim garment factory experience

• 500–1000 pcs/day production handle kiya ho

🔹 Qualification

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Technical knowledge mandatory (degree optional)

🔹 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (experience ke hisab se)
