Job Description

✅ Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of grinding machines.
Maintain and troubleshoot TOS Reciprocating Table Grinding Machines, HSG Machines, and Centerless Grinding Machines.
Carry out hydraulic and mechanical maintenance.
Replace bearings, spindles, and other machine components.
Diagnose and resolve basic electrical issues.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and safe working practices.
Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

ITI in Fitter, Mechanic, Turner, Machinist, Maintenance, or a related trade.
5+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.
Hands-on experience with grinding machines is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
Ability to identify faults and perform timely repairs.
