Job Description

Operate inspection machines for checking printed and laminated rolls.
Inspect materials for defects such as:
- Shade variation
- Misregistration
- Pinholes
- Ink spread
- Doctor line marks
- Wrinkles
- Delamination
- Printing defects
- Lamination defects
Identify and segregate defective material.
Mark and report quality issues to QC and Production departments.
Ensure proper roll checking before slitting or pouching processes.
Maintain inspection records and production reports.
Ensure correct rewinding and roll handling during inspection.
Coordinate with Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and QC teams.
Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of inspection machines.
Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
