Assist in receiving raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain proper stock arrangement and identification of materials.
Support loading and unloading activities.
Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport details.
Maintain inward and outward stock entries in ERP/software/registers.
Coordinate with production and planning departments for material movement.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per schedule.
Verify quantity, batch details, and packing condition before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
Assist in physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with company safety procedures.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for dispatch planning.
Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to seniors.
