We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate CO₂ laser cutting machines and UV flatbed printers while supporting our assembly and finishing team. The role involves producing high-quality customized products such as acrylic and wooden keychains, coasters, trophies, signage, and corporate gifting products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machines (Ruida/RDWorks preferred).
Operate UV flatbed printers for acrylic, wood, MDF, and other materials.
Load materials, set machine parameters, and monitor production quality.
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Assemble finished products using adhesives, hardware, magnets, and accessories.
Sand, peel masking, clean, pack, and inspect finished products.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.Ability to measure accurately and maintain quality standards.
Willingness to work across different manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
ITI/Diploma or 10th/12th pass with relevant manufacturing experience.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (freshers willing to learn can also apply).
Salary
₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
Overtime and performance incentives as applicable.
