salary -10k to 20k,

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring machines run safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

• Monitor machine performance and production output.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and report machine faults, defects, or abnormal operations.

• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.

• Follow workplace safety rules and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and production area.

• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th qualification preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing.

• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.

• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.

• Good attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
