We are looking for a -Stiching machine operator to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of industrial sewing machines (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, flatlock).

• Read and follow work orders, patterns, and technical instructions.

• Align and join fabric or garment pieces accurately for stitching.

• Monitor stitching quality to ensure consistent seam strength and appearance.

• Identify and correct stitching defects such as skipped stitches or loose threads.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling.

• Replace machine parts like needles, bobbins, or threads as needed.

• Maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

• Collaborate with cutting, finishing, and quality control departments.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Minimize fabric waste and machine downtime during operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
