Machine Operator – Bahadurgarh Factory

Role:
Operate and maintain production machines efficiently to ensure smooth manufacturing.

Key Duties:

Operate machines as per SOP and production plan
Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor output
Ensure product quality and minimize wastage
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
Report any faults, breakdowns, or abnormalities
Maintain production logs and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass + ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter or relevant trade)
Experience in factory/production machines preferred
Basic technical understanding of machines
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
