Machine Operator

• Operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) with Fanuc controllers to produce components as per specifications.

• Program, set up, and operate HMC machines ensuring precision machining and adherence to schedules.

• Perform daily machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs) to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot tooling/machine/programming issues and take corrective measures.

• Maintain strict safety protocols and wear required PPE during operations.

• Adjust cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool offsets to achieve required tolerances.

• Monitor tool wear, spindle speed, and performance for process optimization.

• Keep accurate records of programming codes, machine settings, and production reports.

• Work closely with machinists, engineers, and QC team to maintain product quality.

Participate in training and skill development to enhance machine operation and programming knowledge
