Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, optimize workflows, manage resources, and ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. This role is essential in driving productivity, improving operational performance, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control all production activities to meet quality, output, and delivery targets.

• Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring proper workload distribution, performance management, and team development.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.

• Candidate have knowledge of autocad drawing.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance effectively.

• Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.

• Experience with manufacturing software, ERP systems, or production management tools
