Operate packaging machines including filling, capping, sealing, labeling, and allied machines.
Set up machines as per production requirements and job specifications.
Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure production output meets quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for breakdowns or major issues.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and daily reports.
Follow safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times.
Reduce machine downtime and material wastage.
Assist in trial runs, testing, and commissioning of machines when required.
