Job Description

We are currently hiring Machine Operators.

  • Industry: Solar Manufacturing (Adani Solar)

  • Eligibility & Salary (CTC per month):

  • Diploma / B.Sc. – ₹18,500

  • ITI / BA / B.Com – ₹17,030

  • HSC – ₹16,130

  • Incentives apart from salary: Up to ₹2,500/- per month

  • Food allowance: ₹585/- per month

  • PF Contribution: Up to ₹3,400/- (Employee + Employer) per month

  • Medical Insurance: ₹2 Lakhs

  • Personal Accident Insurance : ₹5 Lakhs

  • Job Location: Adani Solar Plant, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat

  • Joining: Immediate

  • Casual Leave: 7 days per calendar year

  • Sick Leave: 7 days per calendar year

  • Earned Leave: 1 day for every 20 days worked in a calendar year
