Job Description

Location: Ambernath, Mumbai
We are looking for young and energetic candidates to join us as NATS Trainees. After successful completion of 1 year, candidates will be absorbed as Associate Trainee.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Full-time 3-year Diploma (after 10th/12th) in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Civil, Rubber Technology, or related fields
• Age below 24 years
• Minimum height: 5.5 feet
• Minimum weight: 50 kg
• Must clear interview & medical test
🔹 Job Details:
• Role: Machine Operator (Production)
• 8-hour rotational shifts:
Shift A: 7 AM – 3 PM
Shift B: 3 PM – 11 PM
Shift C: 11 PM – 7 AM
💰 Stipend (NATS):
• ₹15,000/month
• Net after deductions: ₹14,510
• Govt. DBT: ₹4,000
👉 Total Monthly Earnings: ₹18,510
