Job Description

§ Plan & schedule Production based on Sales/Demand Forecast.

§ Coordinate with Purchase to arrange for the Raw Material as per the forecast

§ Coordinate with QC for all Raw material approvals & FG tests & Records.

§ Allot work tasks to staff according to their specialization

§ Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities

§ Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations

§ Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, Finished Goods & Packaging Material

§ Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions

§ Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to
