Machine Maintenance Officer

नौकरी की जानकारी:

• पढ़ाई: डिप्लोमा या ITI (मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल या मेंटेनेंस से जुड़ा कोर्स)

(जैसे: फिटर, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, मैकेनिकल मेंटेनेंस आदि)

• अनुभव: कम से कम 3 साल (अगर फूड और बेवरेज इंडस्ट्री में अनुभव हो तो अच्छा है)

• काम का समय: सुबह 9:30 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक

काम क्या करना होगा:

• मशीनों और इक्विपमेंट की नियमित जांच और सर्विसिंग करना

• मशीनें ठीक से चल रही हैं या नहीं, यह देखना

• अगर कोई मशीन खराब हो जाए तो उसे जल्दी से ठीक करना

• क्या खराबी है, वो पता लगाना और सुधार करना

• बिजली, पानी, HVAC, RO, जनरेटर, एयर कंप्रेसर जैसी चीज़ों की निगरानी रखना

• जरूरी स्पेयर पार्ट्स संभालना और मरम्मत का रिकॉर्ड रखना

• सेफ्टी चेक करना और मशीन ऑपरेटर को ट्रेनिंग देना

जिन मशीनों पर काम करना होगा:

• FBD मशीन

• ब्लेंडर

• ग्राइंडिंग और पिसाई वाली मशीन

• वॉल्यूम से भरने वाली मशीन (वॉल्यूमेट्रिक मशीन)

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance

(Preferred trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance of machines and equipment

• Check machines regularly to spot any problems early

• Fix machines quickly when they break down

• Find the cause of problems and repair them

• Keep an eye on systems like electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, air compressor, and generators

• Keep track of spare parts and machine repair records

• Do safety checks and guide machine operators on safe use
