Qualification       :              B tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering        

Experience          :              2 to 6 Years

Salary                   :              20-35000

Job Location   :           Ludhiana

Skill Required     :              Good Communication Skills, Excel, Email, Computer Knowledge.

Job profile           :             

·       Looking after total production by monitoring of process control, maintaining

·       Quality and procurement of raw materials.

·       Attempting for trouble shooting of products during production.

·       Coordinating the administrative activities of the organization.

·       Guiding the employees for better handle, service and maintenance of the machines.

·       Production planning and executingTeam Handling

·       Maintaining 5S at work place.

·       Encourages the subordinates to involve in 5S, QC and other improvement activities.

·       Handling Customer Complains.

·       New Product development.

·       Corrective & preventing action plans for in house rejection.

·       Reduce the Setting time by process improvements

·       Implementing Kaizen on shop floor.
