This role is designed for strategic leader who brings deep media sector expertise and can architect large-scale business and technology transformation solutions for media clients globally. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge with consulting, solutioning, and commercial acumen to help clients navigate audience fragmentation, digital disruption, content monetization challenges, evolving advertising models, and AI-led transformation. Key Responsibilities Media Industry Solution Leadership : Lead the design of end-to-end transformation solutions for media clients, shaping strategic pursuits and delivering measurable business value across content, audience, and revenue ecosystems Media Domain Expertise & Advisory : Serve as a trusted media SME, advising clients on streaming, content monetization, advertising, audience engagement, rights management, and emerging industry trends. Media Transformation & Innovation : Architect AI-enabled, data-driven transformation programs that modernize content supply chains, digital platforms, operating models, and revenue growth strategies. Value Proposition & Executive Storytelling : Develop compelling business cases and executive narratives that translate complex media transformation initiatives into clear commercial outcomes. Financial Modeling & Commercial Strategy: Design commercial, pricing, and value realization frameworks that support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable client impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with account teams, sector leaders, alliance partners, and client executives to co-create scalable solutions and drive successful transformation outcomes. Domain Skills and Knowledge Attributes Proven experience in Media & Entertainment consulting, business transformation, strategy, or solution architecture with strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities. Deep understanding of media industry business models, economics, and value chains across content creation, broadcasting, streaming, advertising, publishing, sports, and entertainment ecosystems. Strong expertise in OTT and streaming platforms, AdTech, audience measurement, content operations, customer engagement, subscription businesses, and digital platform models. Ability to apply AI, analytics, personalization, and automation to drive business outcomes such as audience growth, content discovery, advertising yield optimization, subscriber retention, and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of content rights and licensing, DTC strategies, media distribution models, platform ecosystems, and emerging industry trends. Ability to translate industry challenges into scalable consulting and technology-led solutions. Working knowledge of media industry regulations, content governance, intellectual property rights, privacy requirements, advertising standards, and risk considerations. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. 12-18 years of experience within Media & Entertainment, Media Consulting, Digital Media Platforms, Broadcasting, Streaming Services, AdTech, or related industries. Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives, solution architecture, or strategic consulting engagements within the media ecosystem.
