Floor Manager

We are looking for a Floor Manager- Quality to join our team at Mekr Technologies Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

HANDLE OVER ALL DAILY BASIS PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES ON THE SHOP FLOOR
PLAN VS. ACTUAL ACHIEVEMENT AND REASON OF DOWN EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS AND IMPROVE
MONITORING RM MATERIAL ,EQUIPMENT ,STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
MAINTAIN 5S ON THE SHOP FLOORS
REDUCE PROCESS DEFECTS ON THE FLOOR
PROVIDE MANPOWER SAFETY TRAINING AND 5S
OVER PRODUCTION AND OVER PRINTING CONTROL, OVER INVENTORY ON THE FLOORS
ALL OPERATIONAL AREA LIKE IT(RM,FG,SFG,REJECTION AREA,ETC) DEFINE AND DISPLAY SHOULD BE ON THE FLOORS

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or B.tech and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
