Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of molds as per the maintenance schedule.
Repair and maintain injection molds and blow molds.
Operate conventional machines such as Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinder, Drilling, Tapping, Sand Blasting, and EDM.
Maintain daily work records and mold maintenance reports.
Follow safety rules and maintain 5S standards in the tool room.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of Injection Mold, Extrusion Blow Mold, Injection Blow Mold, and Injection Stretch Blow Mold.
Good understanding of mold maintenance and Machine Accuracy.
Good knowledge of mold materials such as Stavax, Alumec, EN31, and EN18.
Knowledge of operating conventional tool room machines.
Experience working on mold parts such as Injection Cavity, Blow Cavity, Guide Bush, Guide Pillar, Core Rods, Neck Piece, and Back Plates.

Preferred Industry

Candidates from Plastic, Polymer, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Plastic Packaging, PET Bottle Manufacturing, or Tool Room industries will be preferred.
