We are looking for a Fitter to join our team Perfect Printgraph Engineer LLP. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in ITI and Experience of 1 to 3 years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities – Fitter
1. Machine Assembly & Fitting
- Component Assembly: Fit and assemble complex machine parts, structural sections, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Material Preparation: Perform industrial cutting, drilling, tapping, and minor adjustments on steel or plastic components.
- Fabrication & Welding: Execute structural welding and basic fabrication tasks to ensure exact structural measurements and tolerances.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct routine preventative maintenance on high-speed flexo printing machinery.
- Performance Optimization: Perform inspections to identify alignment flaws, structural issues, or mechanical failures prior to shipping.
- Dispatch Preparation: Disassemble, inspect, and safely pack built industrial machines or tooling units for national or global dispatch.
3. Execution & Safety Protocols
- Timeline Adherence: Monitor assembly progress against target manufacturing deadlines and report any delays to supervisors.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to facility safety guidelines and handle precision tools safely.
