हम विशेष प्रयोजन मशीनों (एसपीएम) के लिए विद्युत प्रणालियों की तारों, असेंबली और स्थापना को संभालने के लिए एक कुशल इलेक्ट्रिकल फिटर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार विद्युत फिटिंग, नियंत्रण पैनलों की तारों, सेंसर, मोटर्स और एक्चुएटर्स के कनेक्शन, सुरक्षित और विश्वसनीय मशीन संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।

प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां

• एसपीएम मशीनों में बिजली के घटकों की वायरिंग, फिटिंग और स्थापना करें।

• कंट्रोल पैनल, पीएलसी, एचएमआई, ड्राइव, सेंसर, रिले और स्विच को इकट्ठा और कनेक्ट करें।

• सर्वो मोटर्स, वीएफडी, हाइड्रोलिक/वायवीय एक्ट्यूएटर और सुरक्षा उपकरणों के साथ काम करें।

• इलेक्ट्रिकल वायरिंग आरेख, पैनल लेआउट और सर्किट ड्रॉइंग को पढ़ें और व्याख्या करें।

• असेंबली के दौरान सही वायरिंग, अर्थिंग और इलेक्ट्रिकल सुरक्षा मानकों को सुनिश्चित करें।

• असेंबली और कमीशनिंग के दौरान मशीन परीक्षण, परीक्षण और समस्या निवारण का समर्थन करें।

• ग्राहक साइटों पर एसपीएम मशीनों की स्थापना में सहायता (यदि आवश्यक हो)।

• बिजली के उपकरणों, केबलों और उपकरणों का उचित उपयोग बनाए रखें।

• मशीन एकीकरण के लिए इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियर / पीएलसी प्रोग्रामर के साथ समन्वय करें।

• सभी विद्युत कार्यों के दौरान सुरक्षा, गुणवत्ता और कंपनी के मानकों का पालन करें।

आवश्यकताओं

• आईटीआई / इलेक्ट्रिकल / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स / इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन में डिप्लोमा।

• औद्योगिक मशीनों की विद्युत फिटिंग / तारों में 2-5 साल का अनुभव (एसपीएम पसंदीदा)।

• विद्युत चित्र और सर्किट आरेखों को पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।

• नियंत्रण पैनल, पीएलसी वायरिंग, सेंसर और ड्राइव के साथ हाथों पर अनुभव।

• विद्युत सुरक्षा प्रथाओं का अच्छा ज्ञान।

• मजबूत समस्या निवारण और समस्या सुलझाने के कौशल।

• मशीन स्थापना और कमीशनिंग के लिए यात्रा करने की इच्छा।

पसंदीदा कौशल (वैकल्पिक)

• मल्टी-ड्रिलिंग, टैपिंग, बोरिंग, पिक एंड प्लेस, सर्वो और वायवीय संचालित एसपीएम मशीनों की वायरिंग में अनुभव।

• औद्योगिक स्वचालन घटकों (पीएलसी, एचएमआई, वीएफडी, सर्वो) का ज्ञान।

• पैनल परीक्षण और निरीक्षण प्रक्रियाओं के साथ परिचित।

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Fitter to handle wiring, assembly, and installation of electrical systems for Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The candidate will be responsible for electrical fitting, wiring of control panels, connection of sensors, motors, and actuators, ensuring safe and reliable machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wiring, fitting, and installation of electrical components in SPM machines.

• Assemble and connect control panels, PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, relays, and switches.

• Work with servo motors, VFDs, hydraulic/pneumatic actuators, and safety devices.

• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and circuit drawings.

• Ensure correct wiring, earthing, and electrical safety standards during assembly.

• Support machine testing, trials, and troubleshooting during assembly and commissioning.

• Assist in installation of SPM machines at customer sites (if required).

• Maintain proper usage of electrical tools, cables, and instruments.

• Coordinate with the electrical engineer / PLC programmer for machine integration.

• Follow safety, quality, and company standards during all electrical works.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical fitting / wiring of industrial machines (SPM preferred).

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.

• Hands-on experience with control panels, PLC wiring, sensors, and drives.

• Good knowledge of electrical safety practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for machine installation and commissioning.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in wiring of multi-drilling, tapping, boring, pick & place, servo & pneumatic-operated SPM machines.

• Knowledge of industrial automation components (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo).

• Familiarity with panel testing and inspection procedures.
