Job Opening: Quality Control Engineer –(Diploma/B. Tech-Mechanical)

Location: Meerut Road Industrial Ghaziabad

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: 2years Minimum

Candidates Location Preferred : Delhi/NCR

Qualification: Diploma or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:-

-Maintaining defect logbook.

-Responsible for communicating with supplier other than Mahindra for Quality defects & taking action plan for closure.

-Check for rework and provide corrective actions against the same to production team

-Responsible for maintaining RGP records and its closure.

-Validation of torque during the assembly process of DG set

-Maintain Rejection logbook

-Base frame paint quality check and painted base qty. verification on daily basis along with diesel tank testing record verification as per PDI logbook.

- Responsible for resolving daily Inhouse Complaints, taking corrective & Preventive action

- Process/Product Change management records.

- Kit inspection in absence

- Verifying daily startup Check-sheet

- Training SOP
