We are looking for a ITI Fitter Technician to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, fitting, and maintenance of AAC block plant machinery such as mixers, molds, cutting machines, autoclaves, conveyors, and cranes.

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

    • Identify mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.

      • Alignment, assembling, dismantling, and adjustment of mechanical parts.

      • Routine lubrication of machines and bearings as per schedule.

      • Assist in autoclave operation support and maintenance activities.

      • Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in AAC plant machinery.

      • Ensure smooth and safe operation of production equipment.

      • Maintain daily maintenance logs and breakdown records.

      • Follow safety standards, SOPs, and use PPE at all times.

      • Coordinate with electrical, boiler, and production teams.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
