Job description:

Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate production workers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
Production management: Create and manage production schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure production targets are met.
Quality control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Operations and troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production issues, facilitate corrections for equipment malfunctions, and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
Inventory and materials: Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements for production.
Staff development: Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve their skills and performance.
Reporting: Report production metrics and overall performance to management.
