Job Title: ITI Fitter
Company: Filpro Sensors Private Limited
Location: Bengaluru / Field Operations
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 / month (based on experience & skills)
Qualification: ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, fit, and align precision sensor components, level gauges, and mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings.
Perform cutting, filing, drilling, tapping, and grinding operations on metal parts.
Inspect components using measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges) to meet exact dimensions.
Conduct routine assembly testing, troubleshooting, and minor machinery maintenance.
Maintain safety protocols and keep the workstation clean and organized.
Requirements & Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting tools, equipment, and blue-print reading.
Hands-on familiarity with measuring instruments and hand tools.
Basic understanding of metal fabrication and machine operation.
