Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee shopfloor operations and ensure smooth daily production. The role involves managing manpower, meeting production targets, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and allocate manpower to achieve daily production goals.

2. Supervise carpentry, polishing, upholstery, and assembly activities.

3. Ensure adherence to quality checks, drawings, and specifications.

4. Maintain safety, discipline, and 5S practices on the shopfloor.

5. Coordinate with production manager, procurement, and QC teams.

6. Maintain production logs, defect reports, and daily progress updates.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in custom furniture manufacturing.

• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.

• Basic knowledge of quality control practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
