Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material movement, and stock records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely availability of materials for production, installation, and service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and system entries.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Issue materials to production, installation, and service teams as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.
Maintain proper GRN, material issue slips, transfer notes, and return records.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Installation, Service, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.
Track material movement between warehouse, factory, and project sites.
Maintain records of damaged, rejected, returned, and obsolete materials.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports for management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Support internal and external stock audits.
Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory software and MS Excel.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to identify and track different materials, components, and spare parts.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple material requirements and work under deadlines.
