Role Summary: Manage day-to-day workplace experience and soft services operations to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging office environment for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office upkeep services. Manage reception, hospitality, meeting room, and visitor experience services. Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance. Support employee engagement programs, events, and wellness initiatives. Conduct workplace audits for cleanliness, service quality, and compliance. Collaborate with HR, Security, IT, and Facilities teams for seamless operations. Track budgets, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field. 7-9 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or Facility Management, preferably in a office environment.
